No returns or refunds after boxes are shipped.
If any products are damaged upon receipt, due to shipping, please send us a photo of the item, and we will send you are store credit. You can keep the item.
If an item is damaged due to product error, please send us a photo of the damaged item, and if we will send you a replacement (if possible), or you can keep the item and we will send you a store credit.
