What's a subscription box?

A subscription box is a little box of curated items that are shipped to you automatically and periodically. For our seasonal box, you can expect a new box at the start of every new season.

How often do I receive boxes after I subscribe?
When you subscribe, you'll receive a new box as the start of every season (December 1st, March 1st, June 1st, September 1st), with products that are perfectly fitting for that season.
If you subscribe to the boxes in the middle of a season, you will be sent that season's box right after ordering (if there are still boxes available), but the following season, your card will be charged automatically on the 1st and your next box will be shipped out right away.
What can I expect in the boxes?

The boxes are very carefully curated with products that we believe will bring you joy and also be useful for you. We work closely with artisans, to bring you products that we believe you'll love for many years, such as jewellery, homewears, skin and body care, gourmet food, trinkets, and accessories.

Will all the boxes be different?

Our goal with the seasonal box, is to make each one unique with products that are fitting for that particular season - summer, fall, winter, spring inspired items. For example, summer may be all about colourful beachy items, whereas winter is all about cozy and warm.

Is there a limited number of boxes available?

Yes. We only produce a limited number of seasonal boxes, and once they're gone, you'll need to wait till the next season to subscribe or purchase.

Can I return items I don't like?

We don't accept item returns after the box has been shipped, unless there are damaged items in the box due to shipping or product error. If you receive items you don't want or like, we suggest saving the items and gifting them to someone you think will love them!

What's the return policy?

If you receive your box and an item is damaged due to shipping or product error (keep in mind that most of the items are handmade and will have small imperfections), you can send us a photo of the damaged item, then you can keep the item and we will send you a store credit. We do our best to look over items before they are packed in boxes, and try to pack items carefully to protect them when shipped.

Do I have to re-purchase the box every season?

No, you do not have to re-purchase from our website, on a quarterly basis. All you need to do is subscribe once and then your credit card will be automatically charged before the next box ships out to you.
